April 22nd marks a globally-coordinated day which spreads awareness and support for environmental protection. Our planet is home to so many incredible creatures, beautiful places, and the sound phenoma that make it possible for us to do what we do – creating music and keeping this planet’s story alive. This is why Earth Day is so important. Not just one day, everyday… Lets show Mother Earth some love!
Hello everyone! We hope that this newsletter finds everyone healthy, happy, and inspired. Perhaps, everyone has noticed this ‘elephant in the room’… the looming shadow that the COVID-19 pandemic has cast over the world. It seems that the unprecedented events have brought a lot of our realities to a screeching halt.
Be that as it may, it is important to remember that we are all in this together. One of Symphonic Planet’s deeply-rooted principles is embracing the power of community. So, we encourage everyone to focus on the good that is borne from this worldwide lockdown and find solace in the expression of your art, music, writing, cooking, learning, etc. Focus on the betterment of your being and share that amongst your community – friends, family, and your creative relationships. When we participate in meaningful exchanges, it makes times like these easier to cope with. It strengthens our morale and helps us get clear on what is truly important. Being human is crucial in leading a healthy, bountiful life.
The Symphonic Planet team headed to NAMM Show 2020 last weekend with ferocity to unleash the Ghosts of Death Valley virtual instruments package. Located at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, this annual iconic music trade show set the stage for us to shine the spotlight on all of the hard work we’ve been doing to make our virtual instrument libraries, Symphonic Planet Orchestra (in this case, Symphonic Planet Collective), and Symphonic Planet web series stand out. See NAMM SHOW site here.
Still, there is much work to be done! However, this is a good milestone. Here’s what transpired at this years trade show!
YES, you heard us loud and clear! We are super excited to announce that Symphonic Planet will be at NAMM SHOW 2020! We are so thrilled to show you what we have been up to.
This week at NAMM SHOW, Symphonic Planet will be sharing a booth with our friends. You will be able to find us, anytime Thursday through Sunday, at the Q Up Arts booth (Q Up Arts Booth Pro Audio Hall AAC North Booth #16320). Every day at 2:15pm, we will be showcasing and rolling out demos with the Ghosts of Death Valley virtual instrument libraries. Come on a musical journey with us and try out the Ghosts of Death Valley Virtual Instrument package! Experience the stories and adventures that have resulted in our pursuit to find incredible sounds for our virtual instrument libraries!
After a successful showcase at Unseen Contemporary gallery, we want to, again, take a moment to thank everyone who was a part of our Symphonic Planet Showcase. It was a truly magical evening full of great conversations, new meaningful relationships, spellbinding performances by Symphonic Planet Collective, the revealing of our Death Valley virtual instruments, Ghosts of Death Valley, and a great enveloping of holiday cheer. So, thank you, thank you, thank you… from the bottom of our hearts!
It is important to underscore why we have decided to embark on this monumental creative endeavor! First, we must ask, “What is Symphonic Planet?”
